Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Supervisor / management experience an asset.

Language Of Work: English.

Wage: $39.90 per hour.

Hours: 40 per week.

Location Of Work: Port Alberni, BC.

Duties:

Managing resort staff - housekeeping, desk staff, cleaning staff.
Assist in hiring and retainment.
Oversee day to day operations.
Assist in managing customer relations/complaints.
Oversee bookings, guest experience, policy development and implementation.
Maintain inventory.
Manage work schedules.
Manage external events.
