Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Supervisor / management experience an asset.
Language Of Work: English.
Wage: $39.90 per hour.
Hours: 40 per week.
Location Of Work: Port Alberni, BC.

Duties:
- Managing resort staff - housekeeping, desk staff, cleaning staff.
- Assist in hiring and retainment.
- Oversee day to day operations.
- Assist in managing customer relations/complaints.
- Oversee bookings, guest experience, policy development and implementation.
- Maintain inventory.
- Manage work schedules.
- Manage external events.
