Job Duties:
- Manage restaurant day to day operations.
- Manage and maintain health and safety policies consistent with the Province of BC standards.
- Manage customer service and complaints.
- Set schedules for staff and oversee staffing communications and performance.
- Manage food orders, inventory and deal with suppliers.
- Retain, train and recruit staff.
- Perform duties of those managing.
- Create new recipes as required.
Skills Requirements:
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Post secondary education preferably in hospitality and food management - Diploma or graduate degree.
Term Of Employment: Permanent/Ongoing.

Wage: $37 per hour.
